Thanks for the tip on High Priestess Adinora. I didn’t want to respond until I had something interesting for you, but then I received your letter from Cliffside.

It’s been almost a week since the clash between Fanatics and Warmongers. In that time, Oharad has publicly shamed both groups; the Warmongers for being lax on security, and the Fanatics for being fanatics.

The Fanatics have also seen a boost in their numbers and support. Commoners aren’t fond of the Warmongers, and gravitate towards anyone courageous enough to stand up to them.

As for the other part of your message, it’s unexpected to hear you’re in Cliffside, although it makes sense you’re there to look into Thurron. My friends tell me Thurron has an army in the works. He says it’s a response to the Southwest Raids, but I’ve been hearing about his little project since before the attacks. I’ve also heard he’s becoming increasingly prone to angry outbursts.

It’d be interesting to know what Thurron is planning, and why he’s so stressed about it, but he’s keeping it all very close. Perhaps you’ll have better luck than me.

Not sure what your next moves are, but Cesar should take care if he’s returning to Iladence soon. His meeting with Adinora prior to the War Ceremony really upset the other High Priestess, High Priestess Faleth. Technically, I don’t think he did anything wrong. But after being publicly shamed, Faleth of course needs someone to blame - or at least someone to take her anger out on.

J
