• PCsRandall & Ben send A.B.S. Hallie and Watkins the immortal back to camp.
• Lavias the bard awakens a dragon at the top of the Isle of Tarr’s volcano.
• PCs fight the dragon, which takes Ben into the air after he ties himself to its neck.
• Nathan Goldman, Lavias, and Leta the assistant fail to prevent 3 wyrmlings from reaching the top of the volcano.

Lavias

The PCs send A.B.S. Hallie and Watkins the immortal back to camp to gather the rest of the crew.

Lavias plays his lyre in celebration. Ben approaches him threateningly, but Lavias dodges away and climbs on top of the dragon “statue”. Ben decides not to chase Lavias any further, and the bard’s subsequent lyre playing awakens the dragon.

The dragon

Hearing the dragon’s first movements, Nathan Goldman demands to know what’s happening. Randall responds by pointing to the dragon and blasting it with magic. Before the dragon can retaliate, Ben blinds it by stabbing out both its eyes. He then informs the dragon in elvish that Nathan Goldman’s crew is responsible for blinding it.

The dragon begins to move about the top of the volcano. It flaps its wings and thrashes about violently, throwing aside Lavias who was still standing on it. Randall continues blasting the dragon with magic, and Ben jumps onto its neck, tying himself there before stabbing away with his rapier.

After taking significant damage, the dragon unleashes a deafening roar, and a distant screech from within the volcano is heard in reply. The dragon then takes flight with Ben still attached to its neck.

Wyrmlings

Sensing a new threat coming, Randall entrusts Nathan, Lavias, and Leta the assistant with barricading the doors to the top of the volcano. Randall then casts Fly on himself and pursues Ben, who continues assaulting the dragon’s neck with his rapier while in the air.

The dragon swoops across the top of the volcano, blasting the eastern wall with its flame breath. Nathan, Lavias, and Leta continue holding shut the doors despite the terrifying blast. However, they’re soon overpowered, and three wyrmlings burst through the door.
