A former bard who helped raise Ben. Over the years, Elwin has become increasingly eccentric, and is now considered an oddball by most. He lives in Soleme, in a quiet area north of the Spire.
During his time as a bard, Elwin was considered a master of his craft. He was especially praised for his wide knowledge about religion, magic, geography, and the wildlife of Iparra.
